I'm Josh Robbins, founder of Beacon Credit Solutions. I've spent my career helping financial institutions evaluate commercial loans while helping businesses understand what lenders are really looking for.
Over the years I've worked on everything from commercial real estate and owner-occupied businesses to nonprofit financing, global cash flow analysis, annual reviews, credit memorandums, and complex financial modeling. Along the way I noticed something: banks don't always need another full-time analyst. Sometimes they just need another experienced set of hands — someone who can jump into the lineup when workloads spike, keep the pipeline moving, and deliver quality work without a long learning curve.
Business owners have a different challenge. They know their business. I know how lenders evaluate it. Beacon exists to bridge that gap by helping borrowers prepare lender-ready financial packages from the banker's perspective.
I believe the best advisors don't create dependence — they create confidence. My job isn't to make decisions for clients. It's to provide clear analysis, honest communication, and practical solutions that help people move forward.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me with my wife and our three kids, at a baseball field, or talking to someone I've just met. I enjoy building relationships almost as much as I enjoy solving complex credit problems — and I've found the two often go hand in hand.
